I spent 1 year with constant horrible headaches, (felt like and ice-cream headache) heart arythmia, dizziness as if I was drunk - in the middle of the night. As well as feeling an internal stress that I could not explain, as If my central nervous system was going haywire. I spent many many months trying to figure out what was wrong with me. I would get sick usually on the weekends, and be bedridden till the following week. My boyfriend and I were baffled. I went to doctors, had all the necessary tests done to find nothing...but still I was getting sicker and sicker...as if I was getting poisoned. One night after much time, I finally figured it out. It was MSG. I made sure to remove all MSG in my diet, including those fabulous vegetarian hot and sour soups in china town, which I ate religiously, on a weekly basis. All the symptoms went away. At some point after this, I did accidently eat MSG as it is so hard to avoid, and all my symptoms returned, for a brief time. I am convinced that MSG is horrible. I believe that this is called MSG intolerance, as you cannot have an 'allergy' to it. Those that use MSG with no symptoms are still playing with fire. It only means there bodies are more tolerant and probably more toxic. I am one of those who is a very health conscious vegetarian. My body could not take the chemical in my system. I believe MSG is a silent killer, and should be banned from the market. I am so impressed by the article and what was written by Blaylock. Thanks for the info..! I have since cleaned out my pantry of all that is related to MSG and its disquises... |
