We offer partnership in real estate appartment complex in Germany. Annual yield is 6,5 % . Complexes are built in 1998 and fully rented.
Maintenance company in charge.
Exellent investment opportunity.
Payment can be executed in cash. Finance available.

This is interesting. We invest mostly in resort properties. Would you or someone/anyone you know be interested in PRIME Perdido Key, Florida 300' BEACH FRONT land shares. We have zoning in place for 39 condo units. The Key is 60% protected wildlife habitat... it's absolutely breathtaking. Sugar-white glittery sand/Emerald Blue water so peaceful so tranquil all cares melt away....
