I have done a little travelling in australia, not much thou. I saw Eumundi about a week ago and that looked like an unreal place to live. Most of what i have seen in australia i dislike. But that's just me.hey srasitasista, what's your uncle think of tasmania? apparently some nice wilderness down there.

I think he must like it a lot, he's lived their for almost ten years. The last time we got to see him was for my cousin's wedding, that was five or six years ago. |

I live in Washington, DC, but I grew up around Chicago and spent a few years in a rural part of Michigan -- starting to feel like I've been here too long, though, and need to do some traveling soon. |

Im in brisbane, this place sux! i don't know of anywhere i want to live at the moment - except armidale, cos alot of my freinds are there.
Brisbane is full of pollution and meanies! there's a few nice people, but most are just of them seem to be nasty drunkards. |

Black sheep ya ever gone to byron bay? Its the epitome of all hippie towns. Lots of cool hang outs and pubs always live music wherever you are, tons of clean quiet beaches. no chain stores (actually city got together to keep a mcdonalds out last year). Dreads and old ladies in pink neon jackets are the norm. Great surfing lots of outdoors wilderness things to do, if ya go to the surrounding areas its perfect for getting lost for a while. Its a tad hard to find a job (secret of byron has been out for a while). But theres tons of hostels which im sure at least 1 of them need work. If not a place to live for a bit maybe a place to hang out on vacation at least. If your thinking of out of country aim for fiji and go to the island with the most expensive flight ticket (its the cheapest island and coolest) a couple fo the islands are tourists traps but if you find the right one you can be deserted on a beach with nobody around. |
