Topic: Master Cleanser... i need some advice

Okay, here's the deal... I would really like to try the master cleanser fast, but I am also gettin gready to head overseas in a little over a week... sooo, I was owndering if any of you who have tried it before could let me know if 7 days is going to be enough time to fast to get results =) |

I assume this is some wonder product to hep you pass a drug test? As far as I know none of those work. If you'd like a ton of info on methods that DO work, check out the drug testing forum at www.mari-hemp.com. |

i have done the master cleanse fast for 15 days on a few occasions. it is awsome. the first three days are kind of tough, but once you get past them, it's a breeze.
i make sure that i cut out all sugars and caffiene the week before i start the fast. i didn't want to be dealing with those withdrawl symptoms while i was trying to adjust to the fast.
most important, make sure that you take as much time to come off the fast as you spent on it. getting used to having solid food in your pipes can be hard after even a couple days of not eating.

i am on my seventh day of the cleanser and i have had a knot in the pit of my stomach that won't pass for three days now. i am doing the flush in the morning and the tea at night, but nothing is working. it's just doing the angry bubbling and grumbling thing. what to do? |
