Hello i am 13 years old and have recently discovered of what i am pretty sure is marijuana in my mom's closet...she had them rolled into joints or spliffs???(i don't know the difference if there is one) so any way i am a HUGE Bob Marley for life fan... and although i never go to try pot i took about 2 of my moms spliffs or joints and smoked them down to nothing and NEVER got high... i smoked 1 in the morning and then about 3 days later smoked the other one, and still never got "high"..I really really wanna be able to get high so if some one could HELP Me to maybe explain to me if i'm doing something wrong or what i don't get it and i don't know what getting high is like, so please tell me what to do because i checked and my mom still has like 5 spliffs left, am i not smoking enough or what?? hey bobmarleyfan, uhm i don't know TOO much about pot but i do know (from my own experience as well) that it may take, like more than 2 tries to feel anything. yeah, i know it sucks. I'm kind of thinking that's really a cool mom and sort of like--are you sure she's not noticing them disappearing? and are you sure you want to take another one and risk it?
well let's see i don't know if you were necessarily doing anything wrong-could you describe what you did? and i'll try to help you. Oh yeah, and your definitely smoking enough.

Whoa there cowboy! You're only 13, what's the hurry to start getting high? Just cause your a Marley fan doesn't mean you have to start smoking pot. Take it easy, wait a while, pot ain't going anywhere! BUT- I have had some friends that it just takes a few times before it works. Anyways, wait a while, cause if it works and you like it, then you have the whole hassle of finding it and paying for it, you won't be able to keep taking it from your madre. It may take a bit, but she'll notice, trust me. |

i know she doesn't notice them missing because she is a very disorganized person and i'm not going to worry about that because she could never tell if one of her things is misplaced...but how come i can't see to get high off them? please reply {*^Bob Marley Fan23^*} |

I too am wondering what your rush is. You seriously do not have to smoke pot to be a Marley fan for life.
I think Nohurries had some good things to say. I loved the subtle humor.
Disorganization aside, I believe people begin to notice when their stash disappears.

Honestly, Pleeeese dont worry! smoking weed had absolutley no effect on me for the first few times. Next time you smoke it, make sure you have no risk of being caught, ur feeling good and preferably with some good mates. I find the more relaxed I am the more effect it has! yey.
Weed is good but it aint half as great as its made out to be. youre only 13 (dont mean to sound patronising! Im only 16!)
so chill! youve got your whole life ahead of you dude! theres no rush.
Dont become a full time weed smoker! One of my mates has started smoking it ALOT recently and shes got all paranoid all the time. Its NOT good!

my dad grows his own pot...and trust me they weigh it! as much as you don't think she notices...she will over time. I took 1/2 gram from my dad once and he noticed later that day. He weighs his everyday as most people do. But I mean if you want to smoke the reef...you gotta handle the shit that comes with it like finding it and buying it. Nothing comes for free.

Another reason why kids are so annoying.Wake up "Bob Marley" fan. Don't kid yourself. If your mom had rolled joints, I am sure she knew how many she had. And, HELLO. Don't forget to INhale. So, what is your favourite Bob Marley song? Who was your favourite Wailer? Do you know where Trenchtown is? Fan for life. Get over it. |

Red, you should be ashamed of yourself, especially since, according to your blog, you are a mother. Here you have a child reaching out for advice and the best you can do is belittle him. So what if he's young, probably shouldn't smoke at his age, and not as up on Bob trivia as you are. He asked for help, not misplaced aggression. That's not really the kind of thing we care for on this site. So, leave the youngster alone; I'm sorry you had a bad day, week, year, etc. but taking it out on others is not the way to go. If you have something helpful or kind to say go ahead, otherwise do us all a favor and take your words elsewhere. |

I hope you people all realize what you are doing. Do you have any idea how serious the hassel is if you are cought with weed? I had a friend named Aaron who spent two years in prison and is now on probation because of weed. I by no means Am saying that the government treats drug users fairly. After all why should someone who smoked one joint go to jail while they let serial killers out. I am just saying that if the government does catch you they are going to be after you for a long time. Hell they're trying to keep my friend from voting because he had a certain amount of weed. Like you all say IT IS WEIGHTED |
