i just wanted to ask you lot if anyone knows any good laxative that can be made at home. i know the herd called senna, but i can't get it anywhere. i hope to buy it soon, if i find it, but not yet. so does anyone know what else can be used as a laxative?

psyllium works well for this..
The good thing about psyllium is that you can make yummy raw food pies with it (it acts as a sort of jellying/gelatian type thing) so.. you dont have to take a pill to poop
