get your Taco shells and cheese and lettuce and tomatoes all prepared. then,Take 11/13 eggs and seperate the whites from yokes.throw-away the yokes or cook up and feed to pets) Mix the Whites with 2 packets of Taco seasoning,and 2 Tabl Butter. Next,cook the mixture over medium heat and keep mixing the whites until they are fully cooked and look finely chopped hamburger. Enjoy! makes 4 servings,4/6 each. I love Tacos,but when i came up with this meatless Taco-7 years ago......i have been eating them ever since. please tell me what you think.------------------
