Lately, I've been trying to stay on a juice fast for longer than a day...but I just can't seem to do it. Call me weak, but I get so hungry by dinner that I binge. I'm sabotaging my efforts!! I've always been a big eater but have never had to worry about my weight. But lately, it's been catching up with me. I'm so used to being able to eat what I want, that when I get hungry during a fast I'm like, "screw it! I'm eating and am fine just as I am!" but when I'm not hungry I am sooo dedicated to do a fast! Does anyone have any tips on how I can get through this fasting and not be a weakling? I'm desperate! Any help (from experience) will be great! Thanks! ~Peach~

Hey Peach, a few yrs ago i read about a grape fast, where all ya eat are grapes. The down side is, that its like 8 lbs. of grapes a day. So if you really love grapes this would be something. but get more info on a search. Next thing is when I worked at a juice bar, all i had for lunch would be like a 20 ounce glass of (your choice) mixed veggies. And would be full. Good luck in your healthy decisions.Jonah
