I just thought I would inform all the Vegans out there most Vegans don't know that Nutritional Yeast is not Vegan I have met countless Vegans who put it all over there food NewsFlash~Nutritional Yeast is a mold grown on the Wey of Milk

True, not all nutritional yeasts are vegan. However, Red Star nutritional yeast is vegan friendly and is loaded with lots of good B vitamins because it is especially made for vegans and vegetarians, who sometimes tend to be deficient in these, mainly B12....Peace, Stacey
