Has anyone here had a bad reaction to eating any of the Quorns products??? I tried them one day and have been eating them ever since. I just finished reading an article published by a consumer watchdog which stated they wanted the FDA to remove these from the market because of so many people having experienced mild to severe allergic reactions. Ouorns is a fungus grown in a tank.

I wondered just how bad this is. I've never had a bad experience. Should I stop eating this product?

What do you think?

I've heard the Quorn food is yummy, but haven't tried it. I'm a natural foods chef and know that those products are highly refined and that much fungus throws off yeast balances in the body. Probably a good idea to eat sunshine burgers or okara patties if you're having a reaction.
