hey ive been a vegitarian for a litlle over a year i dont eat beef,poultry,fish.etc.. i live of morning star farms,gardenburger,trader joe brand,and boca vegitarian proudcts but i still have not found a good tasting substitute for chicken. does any one have suggestions

not so sure about straight chicken...but at trader joe's if you haven't tried the SOY NUGGETS (yellow box) pick some up; they are fantastic!

I have eaten a product line called Quorn, i think, anyhow you can get it at most health food stores. Its the number one meat substitute in europe. Its not a soy product its made out of some kind of mushroom. I think it tatses fantastic, better than the real thing. Gpood luck , it comes in a yellow box.
