does anyone know what entails the microbiotic diet?? I read about it and it seems like it was popular in the laste 60s through the 70s and I was just curious as to what it was..thank you!

Hi...did you mean Macrobiotic diet? I've never heard of a Microbiotic diet. If you're interested in the Macrobiotic diet..I would simply go to google.com and google the macrobiotic diet..there's a lot of information there.

I looked it up, very similar to the diet I am presently on. Very healthy, I feel like a million bucks.
