2 cups oats
1 cup rolled barley
i cup rolled triticale

stir in
1/4 cup sunflower oil
3/4 cup honey
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seed
1/2 cup flax seeds

bake in a shllow baking dish, 1/2 hour stirring occasionally at 325.

that sounds great!! i used to make a granola that was similar using peanut butter as a binder rather than honey. the cooked pb was very rich & tasty!
beware: GOT SOYMILK?

you know, instead of using oil, just use a little maple syrup! It lowers the fat content, and actually, my granola never needs the oil.
plus maple syrup just gives it that yummy flavor.
