hey,
i just thought i would recommend this book to any veg heads over xmas....there are some good recipes in it and it brings the parking lot spirit into the kitchen...anyway here is the link:

I used to have that book-- then I gave it to my old roomate when we moved out. I think I want to get another copy... it has a lot of good recipes!!!
