not recycle but free cycle it's a group of "People" giving away stuff they don't want! pretty cool ey' One of my clients from Canada turned me on to it.

It is a great concept, and i've seen it work out great for so many people. I actually am a moderator for the group in my part of the state.

Yeah, great idea. But the way our local groups are run, basically it sucks. And always the same people grabbing everything. It's BS. And a lot of people posting what they WANT.

I have been trying to register, there is one im the town I work in but there is nothing posted unless I just cant figure it out, who knows!!!! Ill keep trying

the cool thing is you can search other states ETC. and pay for shipping and they will send it to you!

and I am giving away monitors, printers, and a FULL ON scanner printer Office type thingy! I also have TONS of old ram! pc100 and pc133, ALSO processors, cd roms DVD roms burners, you name it I probaly have it! because we are the only computer recycling place in Los Angeles!!! let me know and it's yours!

Yeah, same here. It's a sparsely populated area, and our nearest Freecycle is populated by beggars. I don't mind people posting what they'd like to have as it might be sitting in someone's garage or basement and in their way, but it seems to be the same bunch of beggars in every post, always wanting something, but never offering anything back. Damned shame.

Our freecycle had that problem too so they put a limit on it, for every want there must be an offer. So far its working out!
