How to make a pretzel knot for making hemp jewelry? I've tried doing a google search, but mostly brings up sites for books on making hemp jewelry. If anyone can instruct me on how to do this, I would be ever so thankful! :D

I'm not quite sure what the pretzel knot is but....
if you're looking for the typical square knot
here's a website I found with pictures and directions on how to do it...
Square knot (http://jewelrymaking.allinfoabout.com/features/squareknot.html)
there's also other knots on that website as well.... so maybe if it's not the square knot you're looking for maybe you'll find it there....
good luck!

A little Googling revealed to me that the pretzel knot is also called the Josephine Knot. So when I googled that, I found this:
How to tie knots (http://www.realknots.com/knots/bends.htm)
So if you scroll down to like the third one it shows a Josephine knot, which they do say is used in macrame.
It does look like a pretzel, kind of. Is this the knot you're looking for?

That sure looks like that Josephine knot I found but done with double strand rather than single strand. I think that's it.
