i dunno if anyone is interested in this or not (its kinda fun if you're bored and have a fast internet connection)...
Its satellite image coverage of north america...most of the urban areas have a pixel size of 1m (so you can see cars, houses etc...) while the rural areas have a pixel size of 30m (very shitty...and not good for much :kngt: ). The interface is really good for dragging and zooming...and because its google you can just type in your city and it will take you there...

Those maps are pretty cool if you're trying to figure out how to get someplace, but they're pretty old. My entire neighborhood isn't even there...

That's wierd....i know the high-resolution imagery over the urban areas are less than 5 years old. The rural coverage is less than 7years old. All of the data is from 3 commercial satellites launched between 1999-2001. Are you sure your lookin in the right place???...
...oh, and if anyone finds neverland lemme know...i spent a whole day looking for it last week and couldn't find it:D

I wondered when they were taken, I didnt see that it said. either way cool and freaky at the same time!!

never never land or the neverland ranch, eeeew!! I still love thriller though that song will always be good, watch out if it comes on the radio and I am in my car alone, I get laughed at by people I am such a car singer!!!
