I make this all the time and get loads of compliments on it.
2 ripe avocadoes
1 good size Roma tomato, finely chopped
1 handful of finely chopped onion (or to taste)
2 Cloves fresh garlic, pressed or finely chopped
1 handful fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
2 pinches ground chili powder
1 pinch ground cayenne
1 Tablespoon of your favorite salsa (I like Green Mountain Gringo)
½ fresh lemon
Scoop fruit out of the avocado skin and squish with a fork until it has a nice consistency.
Add chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro and stir
Add salsa
Add Spices to taste (add black pepper and salt if you like)
Squeeze Lemon into mixture (careful no to over-do it)
Stir, chill, eat… Yum!
