honey joints

anyone ever tried the practice of soaking your joints in honey or syrup? They burn about twice as slow which is useful when you want to make them last longer and are pretty tasty. u don't need much, just a finger tip. they will make your hands sticky but I don't mind this.

Yea, especially if you happen to be rolling a joint without the conventional joint paper. It makes for a good sealing glue. ( if that makes any sense)

meh... I almost never smoke joints; I just don't dig 'em. I like a nice, simple glass pipe. One of the biggest things for me is i don't like the way joints make my hand smell for the rest of the day...

Yeah I don't smoke joints too often either but once in a while it's nice or blunts even are good too. When there's a reason to celebrate ;)

Joints are fun for a day at the beach when smell doesn't matter and it's impossible to light a lighter anyway, but other than that, bongs and pipes are where it's at.

I have to disagree, there's just something about smoking a joint. Bong rips are good but I think joint smoking is my prefered method. I usually end up using glass, though, for conservation reasons. I don't mind the smell on my hand.

I've smoked honey flavored blunts. They have a good taste but they don't make it burn slow.

Yeah, smoking a joint is a great conversation starter, you can talk for hours to just about anyone if you've got a fattie on hand. Plus, it makes me feel a lot more chill (especially since I can't smoke a j without listening to bob marley!!) and it's good for right when you're about to get your ass whooped in a surf session. ("Whoa, man, I just ripped my face open on a rock!") With me, though, I've got like this obsessive-compulsive thing going with my hands, I hate having them smell like anything but skin or salt water, I wash them like six times a day (and I hardly ever get sick!!!). And even after you wash your hands you've still got that musty pot smell going on... Plus I usually never buy regs and I personally can't afford to use twice as much weed in a joint as I would in a bowl. Glass is fun, though, especially when you've got a collection going and you get to show it off :D

Six times a day? That's nothing, lightweight! Errrr, maybe I'm a germaphobe... I probably wash my hands twenty times a day after it's all counted up. Is that a bad thing?

i read this the other day, and had never heard of using honey,so as we were rolling one up the other day,i mentioned it to my friend,and we love it!!!!!

Isn't it great? Yeah, I was excited when I tried it. Seems like it would keep the joint from burning at all, but this isn't the case. All it does is make your joint last twice as long and be tasty. Try different kinds of syrups! I've tried maple and next I'm gonna try blueberry, strawberry, etc.
