It's not a hoax, nor does anyone really know if he's wrong. Nobody really believes him, but nobody can prove otherwise, either. I suppose anything's possible... :D

Yakuza are organized based along Bushido principles, aka Samurai, and are primarily business men. no profit in the 'revenge' motive stipulated by Bearden. it's not their style. if they had wanted revenge they'd have used a cost effective method years ago.

Hurricane Catarina did happen, however, but can be explained within the current weather paradigm with the ocean (global) warming factored in. the basic premise of weather control by heating air masses is possible IF you've a highly mobile hi-power source or, as is the present case, millions of green house gas generators aka automobiles
