I have been growing aloe plants for years. Now I have aloe plants in vast numbers. I started a web site- Free Aloe Guy- to share the pleasure of growing aloe plants. Aloe is a good first aid remedy for minor burns and cuts. The juice and gel of the aloe vera is used in many health products.
It seems there is almost no limit to how large an aloe plant will grow. I have plants that are half my height larger than I can reach around! These beautiful aloes multiply constantly, producing 20 to 50 babies a year.
