I turned this into a song

Hi everyone
this is a poem i wrote in geography class that i later turned itno a song.
it is kind of about the restrictions of society and how, as humans, we are forced to live under laws that wont let us be truly free.

Here goes:

Drifting silently through a twisted labrynth of old and new
I open my mouth and i say, "Why am i forced to live in this way?"
then the lights go out i dont pout cuz i just to afraid
Its worse than i feared...

We're forced to live in a land
Where if your bad you get slapped on the back of the hand
and then your forced to move on
Well thats wrong...

So free yourself while u can
and love every woman and man
because right before your death day
some will take all your feelings away
and before you have time to respond
they're all gone...

i guess it also kind of talks about not being able to live life to its fullest, and running out of time to live, before you lose everything.
please respond. im so glad i finally got my feelings out to someone.
