Anyone know what this means?

I have had several dreams in which familiar people are in familiar places. The thing is that they don't mix. Like my boyfriends family in my best friends house (someone they have never met, a place they have never been) or his family at my aunt's house (again they never met her and have never been to her house) I've also had dreams where I am 7-9 months pregnant (I have no children, never been pregnant) Can anyone tell me if these mean anything or represent anything? Or are they just weird dreams?

Maybe you want all these people together, like a big commune, with your own children to keep it growing.
