this sounds like you are saying that we are all controled by god or some sort of man, and make it sound like it would be ok if it was a woman figure in our head and not a male figure that we see and worship. Well then where do the nihilist fit in? they don't believe any any god let alone some figment named mother earth.

I think your title should be,

I'm not a man hater. I'm married...Ok never mind that doesn't count for anything. I just get so tired of the way so many people say "thank god for what we’ve got" when "god" isn't even real. Just a figment of someone’s imagination. I'm not saying that "Mother Earth" is a person or even a being. Point and fact: the earth is real…need proof? I'm simply saying that the earth can reproduce and grow without "man" (humans). It did for hundred of thousands of years, and no one even knew about this “god” thing. "Man" created "god", and therefore how could a fictitious character create life. Let's just give credit where credit is due. I’m still working on the life order of this poem and thinking about adding on to the “piss” line, but I still think that I’m just in saying that the earth does not need to be treated so disrespectfully. Where would you be with out the earth beneath your feet? I say that “Mother Earth” is a woman figure because females give birth. How many men have labored children in the last zillion years? ....hmmm….. Where does your body go when it dies? Doesn’t it go back into the earth? I’m not trying to change anything. You can believe in whatever you will. I’m going to keep believing that the vast majority of the population is brain washed, and contrary to popular belief I will never believe that “god” is real. I will love the earth and thank the earth for the things that I have for that is where everything comes from and with out the earth we would have nothing. Try wiping your ass without toilet paper for a change. Who are you thanking for that? Isn’t it true in today’s society that men still have the upper hand? Think about this…how many female presidents have we had in history? Now that’s a staggering number, isn’t it? I understand that in all essence the “people” have rule, but who has last say in the three branches…hmmm….I’m not trying to change anything. I don’t need to. I just want people to have the courage to think out of the box. Thank you for your comments; however I don’t think that I’ll be changing the title to your suggestion.
