I'm so proud!!

WEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations to you mama! You've got a long and joyous road in front of you... enjoy every moment of it. My oldest is turning two this week and I can't even believe how quickly these two years have flown. When people tell you that, believe them... it's true!

Enjoy her, she looks so sweet.

How was your delivery?

Thanks a lot... I can't believe she's already 3 weeks, it seems like i was in the hospital just last week. She's already grown an inch and a half and gained a pound and a half. o_O

My delivery was HELL. They had to induce me because I had a rash that ups the chances of a stillbirth. I was in labor from monday late night till thursday morning, and I pushed for three hours. Yes, I was in labor for three days. I was so exhausted but she was entirely worth it! Though I'm definitely not thinking about having another anytime in the remotely near future... first I have to forget what induced labor felt like!! I was all about not having an epidural but it took me two days just to get to three centimeters and I was completely wiped out (plus I hadn't eaten in that long to boot), plus the pitocin combined with the cytotec made my contractions almost intolerable. Anyway, it was rough but it's alright, she's so sweet!

Goes to show you what a little Grateful Dead and Ravi Shankar in utero will do...

I don't know why anyone on the planet has more than one child!!
Maybe I'll forget about the labor pain in a few years....

THREE DAYS. Whoah. I had 48 full on hours with my first and it was hell. I can't imagine another day.

You're a trooper.

Here's to you.
