Summer Festivals

Is anyone here planning on going to any festivals this summer? If so, which ones? Festivals are so much fun, and it's always fun to see which ones people pick to attend. This year i'm going to The Campout Roots Festival and Gathering, and possibly 10,000 Lakes Festival. The line-up for 10K isn't quite as eclectic this year as it was last year in my opinion. Anyone else have any thoughts on it?

Well I am going to The Grass Roots Festival in Trumansburg ny, And a few bluegrass festivals, but they are pretty local. Im saving up cause in august Im renting a cabin on Lake Ontario for a week, its wonderful there.

And I think me and a few girls are going to see phil and friends and trey at Darian Lake in july, but im not positve yet.

And camping lots of camping, me and my son have been twice already, We love camping!!!

i wish i was, im apparently going no where :(... All my friends are going to the rainbow gethering like around the beginning of july..and me?. im stuck here..because there would b no way in hell my bf would let me go, plus i have a job ..i havea baby too. but they have day care type things , not that i would leave him there all day if at all.. but gee.. it really seems like my bf is holding me back from a lot of shit...

hey MzTwizler, don't feel bad. I want ot go myself, but I have to work. Bills come first now-a-days. Hopefully something will come around this winter my wife and I can hit up. But that depends on if my band gets any gigs lined up, then it will be work again... with a bonus. :D

hmm lets see there are so meny that i want to hit this year but the cash flow is so low this summer that i don't think i will get to to meny myself i hope to get to All Good in WV and greatful dead fest in Oh but other then that i have no clue i never really make plains to go to them i just end up there as a last min jump in the car and go kind of thing lol

Being in a realtionship especially with a child should never be "stuck". Do you and your bf do things together?? Some places are not good to bring a baby, but others are family festivals where you could ALL go??

I wish I could go but do to children probably not, but as I said "wishing on a star" I'll change that to wishing on "Nibiru" and if it happens I'll get in touch and off to the show we'll go! :)

Grateful Dead Fest in OH? Details please!! or website. What other festivals is everyone going to besides All Good and Bonnaroo? I have been trying to find more festivals to go to this summer... I cant wait to camp, dance, and listen to music!!!

I leave this Friday for The Campout Roots Festival and Gathering. I can't wait!! Tonight, my boyfriend and I are going out to our storage unit to make sure all is fine and well with our tent, air mattress, and air pump. Wish us luck, I really don't want to have to buy a new tent ;-)

i went to a arts festival. june is the local fair. then im going camping in july with my friends. we are gonna camp near the beach so we can go beachin :p . yay. probly alot more camping and hiking too. i dont know of many festivals around hear but im moving to upstate ny so maby i will find some there ;)

i wanted to check out Blind Babys Holiday, wish i could have made it to Ohm, or In:tent as i believe its called this year, but i didnt register soon enough, they are too leet for public admittance.
