Anybody know of a website that lets you search flights by price, not destination? I'm considering doing a little travel in Europe and Scandanavia, but I'm not at all picky about where I start or when I go so long as I get the cheapest fare possible. I mean obviously I don't want to land in the butt fuck of nowhere, but other than that it doesn't much matter... :D

I am curious to see this " butt fuck of nowhere", lol!!!

I am not sure if you can do that though, search flights by price but I do know the perfect person to ask, my dad is little mr travel agent, he gets flights for people all the time cause he travels alot so he knows all the ins and outs, its funny really.

You could probably call a travel agent and they could do it for you, thats there job. But they might mistakingly have you land in buttfuckville, lol.

I suppose you could go to an airline's website to see what they have to offer. Since the destination doesn't matter, try priceline.com. :)

most of the online schedulings need to have a departure and destination locations plus travel timeframes.

the prices for flights are in high season right now, they drop a lot in september.

i've had pretty good results at orbitz.com.
they've a reasonably friendly search page that allows you wiggle room as to locations and dates.

also, check at the local college. there might be some good deals.
