hey guys...sorry to be a bit of a board whore!
does anyone know of anywhere on the web that i can find a pattern to make hemp slave anklets (aka bottemless sandals)?
ive tried to blag it but i cant get it quite right...
i'd love a pair for the summer....

Oh there easy to make just give it a go. start out like a necklace but quadrouple the amount of hemp. measure up your toe, then section it off like your making 2 necklaces outta one loop. well thats a crappy explanation,lol maybe youll want directions hee hee!
really though after the first one there so simple

thanks libra! well...it wasnt entirely clear but it's better than any instructions ive found so far...oh...thats NONE! hee hee.
i think i get it actually...i'll have a go...i'll let you know how i get on...
oh and i finally found a place on this island that sells hemp twine but it only stocks it sometimes... ?!!?? :confused: i hate ordering stuff online...

Have you tried googleing barefoot sandals? I actually found this site origanally through one of those sites but, now I can't find it. Most of them are crochet or beading patterns. If you find one for hemp, please let me know. I've put together a couple on my own but they didn't turn out quite like I wanted.

I just started a plant hanger and I have almost used a whole spool of hemp, its a lot harder then I thought! Anyone ever make one before?
I was thinking I could sell them but I will have sooo many hours invested I dont know if it will be worth it.
the barefoot sandles arent hard really, I just suck at explaining shit. I will try and find info, I had some at one time too but?? I think I have a book somewhere?????
