A note about cream cheese

Don't freeze it. I got a coupon, ten packs for ten dollars. I bought a few, and stuck them in the freezer, figuring "wth, I freeze other cheeses". Long story short, ruined after a week. My public service for the week! :cheers:

You'll change your mind when you go to put cream cheese on that bagel (no, I'm not a jew) and it's all grainy, watery and ruined. :p
