My computer was pretty messed up for awhile, hence me not logging in for an extended period of time. Seeing as it's been awhile, I figured an update was due. Where to start... My boyfriend and I recently celebrated our 2 year anniversary, my brother and his wife are expecting a baby any day now, and i'm newely employed as a MyTracks music advisor. I love it. It gives me the chance to get out there and do what I like best: watch live shows and promote the crap out of upcoming bands that I really dig. In June I went to an amazing phtotgraphy exhibit in Minneapolis called 'San Francisco Psychedelic'. It featured alot of candids from the Haight Ashbury area, along with some brilliant photos of 60s legends. They also had a few of the original posters that used to advertise shows at places like the Fillmore and the Avalon. What else... Oh yes, I turn 24 on August 15th. It seems like just a couple of months have passed since I turned 23. The older I get, the faster time seems to go by. I have decided that this is a major con where aging is concerned.

Anyway, I really want to know how all of you have been. Update me please!! Lots of love to you all :-)

Peas and cheese!

Hey cutie, nice to see you. Getting old? I'm going to my 30 year high school reunion tonight. If anyone who knew me is there, I expect to hear alot of, "See he's still alive... Pay Up!" :D

Yes Libra, I posted something about meeting him a long time back, it was about a month before we officially got together I think. Kudos for remembering! I've been a member here longer than I thought! 3 1/2 years or something like that? Wow. Anyway, we've been really great together so far and we've done alot together in the last 2 years... Concerts (Bob Dylan last fall!!), fesitvals, vacations... even the everyday stuff we do together is fun. I was so heartbroken when my last boyfriend up and left me but the relationship i'm in now has showed me that I really lost nothing when he left.
So PeaceFrog, how was the reunion? I don't think i'll be attending any of mine, but who knows, I might change my mind later.

~Lots of love, Di XOXO~

Kinda wierd. Realy fat men, women with store bought boobies. The bar served Merlot and a cheap cab. I actually knew more woman than men. Saw some kids from the neighborhood...cool. The food sucked, it was airplane food. The music was rap and techno...... WTF???? My era had the best music in history, it was like having Perrier available but seeing everyone lined up at the toilet for a drink. All in all it was cool... I guess. Wish they had pinot noir though...........(I'm a wine snob) :bandit:

What, no white wine? This sure is a topsy turvy world that we live in! I actually laughed when I read what music they played. I feel for you, but it's funny... well, it's a little funny anyway ;-)

Awww well. At least you are still you, right?

Im no fan of merlot, no no no. And what were they thinkin in the music dept? Crazyness.

Fat men and fake boobies, what a waste of a great generation. No offense. Mines not on the best of rolls either but I have hope and faith that we will bring this mother down, lol (politically speaking)

Hey hey cutie! Welcome back! Congrats on your anniversary. You and Steve are such a cute couple.

Well, I am busy planning a wedding...about a month to go! Then we're off to Myrtle Beach. I can't wait. Not much else happening this summer...kind of rough since I quit my job. Not been camping even once. At least we got to see Railroad Earth for my birthday!

Yes, apparently I have a reunion coming up next year...15th reunion...which will be the first for my graduating class...I guess no one cared what anyone was doing 5 or 10 years after graduation...I don't really care what anyone is doing now...I've pretty much reconnected with those classmates of mine that I'd missed. So, will I go? We'll see...
