The leftists want to censor our movies and video games, take away our guns and shove racial tolerance and homosexuality down our throats, along with a healthy dose of political correctness.

The right-wing freaks want to take away our porno, take away our right to own our bodies, and want to corrupt our youth with mandatory indoctrination into fanatical religious societies.

Both sides are bent on corrupting and destroying the American system of government in the name of monetary gain on the back of the common man, while at the same time trampling the constitution in order to inact nationwide closed-minded moral viewpoints.

*Edited, becaue I fear my own government. I don't want to be wrongfully branded a terrorist, because I find the idea of living for years on end in an illegal prison, being tortured with dogs and having tin cans forced up my butt rather upleasant, not to mention, unconstitutional.

True freedom does come from within... but people get so caught up in there own personal freedom, they loose respect for anyone elses idea of that freedom. So the government steps in and trashes everyones ideas, and takes away some of our liberties in the process.

I wish things werent so radical, there is no happy medium anymore.

Once people realize that there is no god, you don't have a better nature, and that try as you might you cant care about anyone more than yourself, things will lookup...wait I mean STAY THE SAME.

If you look at the meager science we have to offer, you can see that we are in fact a life form that is subject to survival instinct, just like every other life form on this planet. Wow, who would have thought? That is why eat, fuck and fight. Simple as that.

Inserting "there is no GOD" every couple posts is hardly having a "convo" (whatever that means). And I really don't care what you believe. It does'nt change what is. But if you are going to post here and get along, I recommend that you have respect for others and their beliefs, whether it be Budist, Wiccan or Christ. You really never know when things are going to get heated around here!

Considering others opinions in how you voice yours dosen't curtail your freedom of speech. If I were to say anyone who doesn't believe in God is going to burn in hell for eternity, I'm quite sure you would take offence and rightly so. The thing about "free speech" is that you can't get offended when other people disagree with you. It seems to me, I hear that term most often when people don't want to be disagreed with.

All I did was post my opinion, and froggy said blah blah blah bullshit. My reply was that doesnt really add to the conversation. All I meant was this, its okay to disagree but join the discussion and let us know your point of view and why you disagree, as opposed to saying blah blah blah bullshit which doesnt really do anything but put your name in the thread. I even laughed after that post to show I thought it was funny. At that point froggy decided to jump down my throat for disrespecting people. What am I supposed to do? Say nothing? Im not trying to start a fight, but cmon, who is really being disrespectful here? Froggy flamed my post, I replied with a laugh, then he/she was up my ass like a doctor. My whole post wasnt even about there being no god, that was a very small comment in a greater statement about my beliefs. Im sorry if that offends froggy but I have every right to my beliefs just as he/she does to him/hers. It made me made because she is yelling at me to be considerate of her belief, while she belittles mine by saying things like god is god and thats it. She also called me a primate anarchist, as if not believing in her god makes me an anarchist, and felt the need to belittle my english and my previous posts in other threads. I say this is rude and disrespectful. But I dont wanna fight w anyone, the whole thing got blown outta proportion.

However, if you are going to continue telling me to respect everyones beliefs, then you should have a little talk with froggy as well. Thats my final word on this thread.
