we have one of those ladies around here
feeds a herd of strays and the animal control is out there 2 times a year "taking away her babies" then there is an article in the paper about it blah blah blah sob story and you find out that in the 6 months or so since the last raid she has acquired 30-40 new house cats in addition to the strays the stay outside.
had to fix her sump pump once. the basement was a litterbox.
oddly there are four she keeps because those are up to date on all the necessary shots and papers.
guess she doesnt love the other 36 as much

Oh I bet that was horrible. That smell is sickening. I feel so bad when the guys some back and tell me stories like that, and they smell to prove it. Ewww.

"He won’t have results of his study for a while and refuses to speculate. But Joanne Webster says the connection isn’t much of a stretch: “In our evolutionary past, perhaps we were eaten by cats, too,” she says."
LMFAO Yeah...they are called lions, tigers, cougars....you know....basically any cat bigger than us. This Joanne Webster sounds like a keeper. :D

(He found, for example, that people infected with Toxo have slower reflexes and are 2.5 times as likely to get into car accidents.)
I have 7 cats but I'm not worried now. My reflexes are still good!
:tiere025: Ahh, please don't eat me kitty!!

there was a time that my boy and I hit a trail in the local park, he said he was ready to do ninja moves on a puma. we came across a drinking fountain, this sort of stone piller with a spout out of the top, not far from the tennis courts. he asked what it was.
Boy "daddy, whats this cool thing?"
Me "thats a drinking fountain"
Boy "what's it doing here"
ME "it's for the pumas"
BOY "pumas dont drink from drinking fountains"
ME "no but joggers do"

LOL, that is too funny. You are gonna have some ornery teases for kids when they get older. :D My brother is a smart ass and he teases his kids like that. :) He was pretty taken aback when they started teasin him in the same way. LOL, its so fun to watch them develop in such a humorous way. Go little ninja, go!
