I have used Yogi's detox tea and Ultimate Cleanse by Nature's Secret.
Are these good for full body detox and if not what is?

John, ck this out. And NO Ed, it is not an arab pick up line,LOL

Im gonna start doing it saturday, I will let ya know if any miracles occur!!

Its not strictly about detox, but it sounds like it gets rid of lots of toxins.

When I detox, I eat fruit and veggies only and drink just water. Im sure tea would be ok, no caffiene, no beer, no smoke. I try and avoid any processed foods, all natures ingredients. I think its the most effective way. Pills and teas are a fast fix. A diet of just juice works too, but I get to hungry I need food!!!! Plus its expensive, if you have a juicer, takes alot if fruit and veggies to make the juice.

The more water the better, flushes out your system and its cheap :)

Even though it sounds like quackery, I am interested in knowing if this works or not.

ya I started saturday, so far I havent noticed any changes. I did have some gastric distress yesterday I thought was a stomach bug?? Could be related but I really think its not.

Its really wierd to do and the oil ends up all white, and tastes horrible.

How do you do swish it for 15 to 20 minutes! I am pretty sure I would toss my cookies after a minute or two. :D

I started out with 5 minutes, or like 2 songs. Im gonna keep adding a min everyday. Its not that bad, its only a tsp of oil. Im just impatient.

since you probably dont have any diseases to be healed from the only way to gauge results I guess would be an improved sense of well being.

My teeth suck, hurt all the time and are yellowish, Im hoping this will help that. And help rid toxins from me as well, I get headaches alot, pretty much everyday, I just deal with them. Maybe this will rid those too??

okay...so any noticable results yet? I'm curious and think I may try this too. I wonder if it will help with my thyroid issues. Where do you find cold pressed sunflower oil I doubt they have it at the local grocery chain. I can never find stuff I want there. I went in looking for grapeseed oil a while back and they looked at me like I was looney
