I put this here for reasons that I'm sure will become obvious. Russel Means, among others, has declared null and void the treaties between the Lakota Nation of old and the US that the US never bothered to honor to begin with, and has created a new Nation: Lakotah.

Citizenship is free (once US citizenship is renounced) and no taxes at the 'Federal' level. I just may be looking for moving truck.......

very intersting, i think it would be very cool if they seceeded, the ultimate stick to "the man".

Hell yeah.... I have entertained the thought of going up there to support them (I have Native American heritage). I just can't prove it.
