alright, so in between my real sleep and then the sleep i got between my husband leaving for work and my alarm going off, i dreamed (dreamt? how do you even spell that? or did i make up another word?) this:

i was in what looked like an apartment with some friends...one was from college and the other was from high school. for some reason or another, someone sprayed a bunch of silly string all over the room, but instead of it just landing, it grew just a little bit and we could break off pieces and eat it. the string was blue or green, i don't remember exactly.

my friend from college mentioned something about how she thinks that their apartment was bugged with microphones from the government or something. then she continues to pack a bowl and pass it around.

i said, i'm going to get going (because my dream mind is thinking, "i don't want to get in trouble!") but for some reason or another i ended up taking a hit.

THIS IS WHEN IT GETS WEIRD(ER).

I saw what looked like the heads of two Native-Americans from the French and Indian War. I apparently saw them and then in my mind saw what happened to them.

There was some sort of electric chair, and someone tied both the Native Americans into the chair. It was turned on, and you could see the electricity going through and around the person's head and as they tried to bring their hands up to their heads, the ropes around their hands tightened. there was also some sort of crown thing that went on their heads as they were electrocuted.

Next thing I know, I'm running. But i'm not running away. I was running for exercise. I was back on the streets of my home town, just running.

then my alarm went off.

WEIRD. :30:

Ready for my totally non-professional dream analysis?

You are feeling guilty about something, most likely something you know about another person.

You'd like to rid yourself of the problem, because you feel it's not yours..but it eats at you.

How'd I do?

you could always
1: Go see an actual dream analysist
2: get a dream dictionary ( I have about 4 or 5 myself. It's always a good idea to get multiple opinions)

Funky - you don't have to answer, but were you raised Catholic?

I think it's embedded if so... lol

i haven't had a vivid dream in a LONG time (unfortunately) but i have this one that i had when i was a lot younger...it's simple, and really not that interesting but i was being chased by a man through some sewers...it seemed like i was running forever. i've had much weirder, stranger dreams, but that one has stayed with me since i was seven!

uhhh odd, but yes. sort-of. my dad raised us catholic although my mom said (jokingly) that if she'd walk into a church, the walls would cave in on her. i haven't been to church/practiced catholicism in 3 or 4 years now. i am still trying to figure out what i believe in, it's turning into a whole bunch of stuff just smashed together.

but that's crazy that you figured that out, how?

haha..Well..

Only because every friend I've ever had, raised Catholic as a child, even if they are or aren't today, still have deep embedded guilt issues...even over the tiniest things...

You said you were 1.) having a feeling like you were going to get in trouble and 2.) you were in college which is probably when you had a departure from religion, as it is with most 2.) and the electrocuted person with a crown over their head is a religious depiction (Jesus on a cross)

Maybe you are not sure which path to take spiritually, and you are feeling guilt for not choosing the way you are expected to?

Either way, deep breath. It's all good. It's happy hippie. We don't do guilt here. :) :D

I had this crazy dream where my best friend Bailey died, and like the entire cast from Across the Universe sang at her funeral. Then I wrote a song for her and played it at her funeral. It was actually a really cool song, and I still remember it.
