here (http://www.wowt.com/home/headlines/15069941.html) is a guy that if convicted will get the death penalty. I'm not condoning the guy, he did kill a random black girl just cause she was black and he was mad a black footbal referee, but nobody ever deserves to die.
Who would come up with the logic "killing is wrong so were gonna kill you!"
?!?!?!?!
This is the first death penalty I have heard of even being speculated in this town.

Two wrongs don't make a right, they make a left. ;) And yes I'd suppose a racially motivated murder is alot more for a town to deal with besides the usual knocking over of mailboxes and cow tipping. You just hate to hear about it happening where you live, too close to home.

Ya, so I got rid of my T.V. Someone got shot in the head here a couple nights ago, drunk-argueing, big news here though. My town has less than 30 thousand people. :(

I watch my sports, deadliest catch, and Survivor Man and that is it.

TV in general sucks. I am thinking of doing away w/ it.

The third judge, McKeown, also agreed with the majority decision. However, in reading her concurrent opinion, it reads like a dissent. She speaks the truth and deals with issues that both Rymer and Gould ignore. While she does not deal with all of the issues, she deals with enough of them to let you know that I have told the truth about this case and what is being done to me. She deals with the tampering of evidence and many other issues that I have been trying to expose. She tells the truth about the injustices that have happened to me, that I have been trying to tell. She deals with injustices that the Campaign to End the Death Penalty and others who have spoken out for me have been trying to expose.

This is a difficult issue for me. Part of me doesn't believe in the death penalty but if someone in my family, or someone close to me was murdered I can't honestly say that I wouldn't want to see them sentenced to death. And when it comes to crimes against children . . . I have zero tolerance. Locking people up, taking away their freedom was supposed to be a deterrent, but that's not the case. If it were, our prisons wouldn't be so full. Not saying I'm right, and not defending the death penalty, it's just how I feel.
