Five Years Later Rachel Corrie's Case for Justice

As their plane touches down in Tel Aviv this week, Cindy and Craig Corrie will mark five years since their daughter's death. On March 16, 2003, Rachel Corrie, 23, was crushed to death beneath an armored Israeli bulldozer. The Corries are a short distance from Gaza, where Rachel was killed, and where in the past few weeks, an Israeli military incursion killed over 100 Palestinians, including many women and children.

I never have understood how a people who have been through what they have could inflict that on others. I think Grae posted something about focusing on our similarities more than our differences. My step-father-in-law is Israeli. He's a good guy but I get so frustrated with him. It's like they see everyone around there who is not a Israeli as a terrorist. His line is that if they are not with the terrorist they would stop them. I get so mad about it. I have no problem with fighting terrorists but there has to be a way to do it that doesn't hurt innocent people. :mad:
