Ok so do any of you ladies suffer from PMS? Cause man O man do I. Ive been crying all day over everything, my head feels like it may explode and my overies are gonna come shooting out of my stomach any second. Some months its not so bad, but others it hits me like a ton of bricks. I work with men and they dont care, I cant complain about it ever. Im sick of people saying you should be used to it, blah blah blah. Sorry but you bleed for days on end and cry over a song or the old couple drinking coffee at the table next to you. You feel like someone is squeezing/stabbing your reproductive organs and tell me how "used" to it you get. Im bloated my pants get tight, Im tired, I just want to stay in bed.

Anyone else? Or is it just me,lol

Felt good to get all that out anyway :D

Any natural remedies?

Screw you PMS:smilie_lo hee hee!! I had too,lol

I used to get a lot of PMs but my inbox filled up and I was too lazy to empty it so I don't get any more.

(Sorry D. It's April Fools. Couldn't resist.)

Well no one has any tips? I will share mine :D

I take evening primrose oil before and after, for the most part I take it everyday but I bump up the dosage a bit when its lady time. Some months I sware by it, other months theres no helping the first couple days. I also take vit b6,12 with iron. Both help me alot. And I couldnt live with out my heating pad!! I never take any tylenols or whatever, for pain does anyone have anything that works for that?

Sorry sweetie - I just saw this post.
I'm a bit like you some months are OK and then other months are a nighmare.
Raspberry Leaf tea or Chamomile tea work wonders for me. Helps calm me down and relax as well.
Maybe try some exercise like Yoga or Tai Chi.
Exercise is great for producing endorphins which is the bodies natural pain killers.

Just giving you a hug 'cos you need one.
