Hi friends, I am 20 years old, 5’8” in height and 186 pounds in weight. I can’t control my eating and don’t like exercise. I would like to loose at least 30 pounds but would like to take safe diet pill. I am very much scared to take diet pills because I heard they cause a health problem that’s why I need something that has natural ingredients and is not harmful. Please suggest some safe effective diet pills that worked for you. It would be great if you could list the names. Please only serious answers. Thanks In advance.

No diet pills needed. Your young just eat healthy fruits and veggies, its the only safe way. Stay away from diet pills, seriously.
Look up some healthy recipes, find healthy snacks that will help curb your appetite. Foods high in fiber help you feel full, longer. Drink lots of water and no soda or other empty calorie drinks.
Theres so many other options other then diet pills, they dont work. Its a false hope so many people have.
Good luck and dont put so much pressure on yourself, just try and reinvent a new healthier you:hb:

Anitaroy here's something you might want to consider in relation to your problem: a lot of junk and fast food as well as many packaged items contain MSG. It is an addictive appetite stimulant and some say a major driver behind the obesity epidemic. It is also difficult to identify in food because it is often hidden by multiple code names. Here are a series of articles that will help in explaining the problem and identifying it.

Here is my serious answer. You need excercise. What you need to do is build muscle mass to help get your metabolism up to burn those calories.
I am the biggest proponent of anti-depressants. I believe strongly in conventional medicine when needed. Having said that I AM HUGE AGAINST DIET PILLS except in an extreme medical case.
What I suggest is starting with some excercises that won't kill you. Some walking. Maybe a 1/4 mile every other day for two weeks. Then a half a mile for two weeks.
DRINK A LOT OF WATER. Dehydration is not going to help your case.
Eat healthy. Fruits, vegetables, etc. Lean meats, preferable fish and poultry.
Also realize that when you lose the weight, you are a healthier person, not a better person. You might gain confidence but your looks have absolutely no effect on your value as a person.
Another thing you can do is modified push-ups. A push-up where you keep your kneeds on the ground.
Trust me, this will work. Give it a couple of months.
Diet alone probably won't fix this. You need muscle mass and a metabolism boost. And the energy you get from it will feel amazing. Almost like a high.

The other thing I will throw out there if your insurance will cover it is to contact a therapist and discuss whether you have an eating disorder. That is something that can be corrected with CBT training and Psychotherapy.
But again, excercise is the way to go with proper diet being a close second.
