valerian tea?

Has anyone tried it? Very soothing, makes me sleep like a baby. Any other interesting teas people like?

I like camomile tea. The Celestial Seasonings Sleepy Time tea is a combination of camomile & speariment herbal tea. I'm not supposed to drink too much caffiene so I drink herbal tea. :)

I like "Smooth Move" tea. I have anemia and have to take iron pills that make it really hard for me to have a bowel movement. If anyone else has this problem, this tea is so much better than laxatives, gentler and works really well.
Other than that, i am not a fan of bagged tea, I love loose, whole-leaf tea. Green tea is my favorite, with some dried raspberries mixed in. And my boyfriend has this loose tea called SMoker's Detox, because he smokes (trying to quit) it is helping his cravings and he is not having as many breathing problems...

i love all kinds of fruit tea....it's really yummy and it's not full of caffeine and other rubbish....althiugh i do get crazy sometimes and really crave coffee...!
