I have just got done smoking a lot of salvia in my bong with a jet lighter. wow.

that stuff is amaqzing, I completetly left this reality u,, uit was just like before , but this time i didnt freak out as soon as i started to feel myself leave, this time i went with it morel, i kept jumping from onbe reality to the next, and then back to the tyler reality and then leave again. wow it is fyuckibng amazing im still getting used to this bodiuy And i feel so new and lost in this reality , obhh and i had the weirdest conversation with my sistrer and i was asking for help deciding if i wanted to stay in this relatlity or move on to the next, i really believed i waqs someone else at the timel. now i know it was the salvia but at the time your memory just slips away, and you forgot that it isnt real, you forget about your life and leave. and when you finally realise youve real;ly left you staqrt to freak out, at least thats what i did'


I left completely about four times. i would peek bac in every once in a while, this i....this stuff is truely amazing.

I also had shamanic drumming in playing in the background,, that may have influents things..i would suggest doing in a completely dark room, iut really helps to let go. i really like this. its scary as hell for a while but its also amazing, i can tell you this, this is not going to be the last time i use a hallucinagen, next time i need to do more and leave completely instead oif just jumping back and forth in this puddle we call reality.




I remember at the fourth time that i left i started out sitting cross legad on my floor with the lights out, i took one huge hit and placed my bong aside for a sec, then layd my hands on my thighs and held the huge hit for about 45 seconds, as soon as i exhaled it wasnt long before i was overrun with memories of other realities and it was like i had amnesia and then i saw how small this whole universe is. i reeally think everyone should experience this, at least once in their lives. it doesnt matter how they go abvout finding thisz experience, as long as they get to see what only the se3lect have. Our entire universe is just a speck of matter inside another universe...and so on for infinity...


Edit:I cannot even begin to describe what i saw during this. It wasnt aliens or weird colors or anything like ive ever heard of. everything was COMPLETELy foreign, thats why its so difficult to describe. One thing that really blew my mind was i swormed wigth voices in my head. like i was listening in in on like 50 conversations. And what they were saying made no sense whatsoever, but i kept hearing my name mentioned/. everyone should try this.

Just to give you an idea of what i was acting during this, when i took my thrid or fourth hit i started out cross legged on the floor, and ended up squirming around on the carpet. Damn that was intense.

Thanks for posting your experience...there are several places in town where I could get Salvia but I'm a pretty cautious person. I haven't heard enough about it yet. I appreciate hearing your experience.

All I know is that it's sage, which is a type of mint (square stems). Salvia lyrata, salvia coccinea, salvia azurea, salvia columbariae. Indians used them for several purposes-ointment, flour. Spaniards used the leaves for gunshot wounds. Salvia officinalis to restore lost youth. I have three kinds that grow all over my land (lyrata- cancerweed, azurea- blue sage, columbariae- chia).

Ok, what kind of salvia are you all talking about??? :confused: Or is it how you prepare it? Please help out an old confused woman :(

Don't know the best way to say this , you are being really stupid if you don't grow what you smoke! The high is wonderfull and right -if pure- but from what I've seen the street stuff is really - really bad and makes us truly old time smokers sad that you are being hurt by "BAD" shit! Uh, if you are buying salvia on the street and not from a reputable vendor, you are stupid... Though I do agree, it would be nice if we could all grow salvia - unfortunately seeds are very rare and not everyone can get cuttings.

Nor should salvia be described as a "high" necessarily... Though I understand you are older and that was "the" word for everything. These days we say trip to differentiate from lesser experiences. Saying "high" may give younger, inexperienced people the impression that salvia is a marijuana substitute (which is what it is often sold as) and this is DEFINATELY not the case (and one of the reasons it is going to become illegal).

I don't know, you didn't mention a substance, I'm still confused - if you think we were talking about marijauna or if you were talking about marijuana or what is going on here...

I can't believe some people are selling salvia as a marijuana substitute? I bet people who believe that are shocked when they smoke it. I've only tried it once and it just feels like you forget everything you are and everything that's around you. You enter a different reality. It's strange and not something that should be taken lightly. Around where I'm from (rural Illinois) salvia can be found at the pawn shop.

...i think to save money, its fairly easy to grow your own (indoors, window light) but its the source thats kinda limiting (pacific nw). I know a lot about making extracts...but not with salvia...sorry!

You do an ISO extraction not unlike doing a green dragon extraction with marijauna. Salvia definately can't be taken lightly, we sell it at the head shop I work at. You can get different potencies 5x,10x, 15x and 20x. 15x being the second strongest and most common. To get the most from salvia you need to smoke it with a butane lighter, smoke your hit in one shot and hold it for about 20 seconds. I'd say you can get about 4-5 hits in 1/2 a gram. Salvia is such an intense trip, and it hits you as soon as you exhale. I always tell people to make sure they're sitting down when they smoke salvia otherwise you'll fall over! Savia is a crazy herb, it's like no high i've ever experienced! If you're trying it for the first time make sure you're with someone u're really comortable with. Have a great day everybody!

I must have gotten some very low quality Salvia (years ago off the internet, obviously), because I never really got more than a tingle. I'd like to try some good powerful stuff. Heck I'm a big boy, I smoke about 6-8 bowls in the afternoon (I have the mail man come to my door often and I don't want my house reeking if my MIL stops by).

Was it leaf or extract? You need the extract for powerful experiences. Start with 5x and work your way up, as everyone's chemistry is different. You want to take in as many hits as you can in about a 2 minute period, holding each as long as you can (3 hits for 30 seconds each of the extract that is right for you should do it). Keep flame on the material the whole time (prior to what was previously thought, torch lighters are not necessarily better, as normal lighters are certainly hot enough - what is important is keeping the flame ON the material the whole time).

hey i turned 18 the other day and purchased some salvia today. my friend and i sat on a hill and smoked it. held it in, all that stuff. it wasn't extract, it was leaves.
absolutely nothing happened. She thinks it was because we needed to smoke more, to equal the amount in extract for effects. I think i was ripped off, but that would make me pissed
So what do you guys think it was?

hey guys, i just did salvia.. its so awesome! i love it.. it changes your whole reality for a mere 5 minutes, i hope they dont illegelize it... i buy it behind the counter at a shop never where i live. its cheap too:)

moonjava... if it was the leaves, then u need about a gram of it to get high... but if its the extract u only need 2-3 pinches. If you buy the extract its very fine and powdery so putting weed on the bottom of the bowl works really well. If it didn't hit you within 10 seconds after doing it, then you didn't smoke enough, make sure you heat it up like crazy too:)

thanks for the reply blindmelon420, looks like i'm going to have to weigh what i smoke or go out and buy extract. I only have a normal lighter...is that a problem? I don't even know what a torch thing is that someone mentioned earlier.

nope, i just used a normal lighter.. by just holding the lighter there the whole time as you inhale it it heats it up enough... like just dont light it then let it burn:)
im sure you can find extract somewhere, if you do i hope you have an amazing time bcuz i know i did... and as everyone said not to be a pot substitute
