... well you know the rest.
Well you all know I'm an artist and usually I just draw, paint or go into the yard (see the yard art section) an make something.... But if I'm left alone too long I start to do stuff like this:

Yeah that's my old computer monitor (burned out last year). This monitor came with the first computer I owned (15 years old.. give or take), It had yellowed with age. So in a fit of "artist block", I took it apart and sprayed it with flex-stone spray. I was going to do the speakers, but they crapped out before I could. they where cheap speakers anyways.
I did this last week to my "record art gallery":

Yes, that's the universe. It looks way better in person, my camera is hit or miss when it comes to taking good shots. I didn't take a pic of it, but I have a moon, from a desktop moon globe, hanging behind the doorway in the foreground. plus there is my record collection some for artistic purposes or just because I like them (Pink Floyd). Here's a different shot and the explanation on why:

See the square in the foreground, top to the right?
That used to be the old way into the attic, before the stair way was built on the other side of the hall (to the left). For some reason it was painted black. It looked kinda cool and I thought of making it just an art piece. Well idle hands happened and I took 2 cans of black spray paint and covered the whole ceiling. Then I took a can of white spray paint and made a "swipe" to represent the galaxy arm. I then flicked white paint for the stars. I need to get glow in the dark paint to really make it cool. I'm looking for plastic toy astronauts to hang to give the illusion of floating, but in the meantime I placed my dad's toy space capsule on the ceiling. I did that to always remind me of him. I can't to show it to him.
