Ive been going to the gym every day for a bit now and I was wondering..

Are you supposed to do cardio first or wieghts first. Does it matter?

this is what ive been doing

Treadmill 15 minutes, walking and jogging

Eliptical machine 25 minutes<<< this is hard, kills me,lol

wieghts 10 minutes usually just the resistant machines or free wieghts depends on whats open.

I go on my lunch break everyday. I was riding my bike everyday but its just not enough so I ride my bike there and work out then back to work. Its real close to work though.


Any tips or training advice would be appreciated. I m not looking to be a body builder just trying to tone up.

Yes. Get your muscles warmed up and your blood pumping. Looks like you and I might have kept our New Years resolutions after all.;) Good for you hon, you go girl!

Thanks Ed :D I sure have. Ive been doing great. Im not checking the scale though, just seeing how my clothes fit better makes me happy enough.

So im doin it the right way? Walk, eliptical then wieghts? Cool.
