Im reading this great book now thats all about dreams and their interpretation, David C. Lohff's Dream Directory. Its divided into three sections. The first is the technical stuff, terms and explanations and such. the second section is basic interpretation and symbolism.Tthe third section allows you to test a dream you have against any theories by popular doctors and theorists, such as Freud, Jung, Miller or you can just read their theories for fun...Its really informative, and i learned a bunch reading it and im not even done yet. :)

You would find info on lucid dreaming in this book for sure, and from what i've heard, Gillian Holloway has a good one out too.
