I've been trying a variety of liniments to help the arthritis in my hands, and finally found one that helps:

In the process of rubbing it into my hands I used it on my right wrist, and found it relieved my carpal tunnel problems a lot. I got my wife, the eternal skeptic, to try it on her wrist which is much worse than mine, and it helped her even more than it did me. It's not a Demerol shot, but it really cut the pain and a lot of the swelling.
PS - I don't even know anyone at Shen Martial Arts. I dug it up with Google looking for traditional Chinese medicine treatments for rheumatism.
