Shrooms, I'm SO bad with numbers

If I got an eighth of plain shrooms how many caps would that be? How much could I get for 50$? Thanks!!

Depends on where you are, how they're grown, and how big the caps are.

I've gotten huge caps, to where I've just bought one single cap and it's like 3 grams. The best thing to do is weigh them out.

Prices vary from place to place and time to time. I've bought them from 5 to 10 bucks a gram. I've seen them for 15-20 but that's crazy.

If I were you I'd try to get shrooms that someone grew them themselves and not picked from a field. A friend of mine once researched it and grew perfect ones. Luckily I've never gotten sick from unknown shrooms.

"plain shrooms" are probably going to be p. cubensis; however, you should ask them what kind they are (especially if you are in the PNW as they may be p. cyanascens or other wood lover). Usually cubensis are around $30 an eigth more than that and you're getting fucked. As already mentioned there is no set weight-to-cap-size ratio, you'll get what you get (and it doesn't matter if you get a lot of stems, it all has psilocin and psilocybin). With my experiences you should get about a quarter for that price if the person your buying it from is not the grower. Definitely do your research before doing them like delta9 said. If you go out and buy $50 worth and decide to eat them all without even knowing what a proper dose is you could be in for a surprise and it MAY not be pleasant!
