Thanks Guys and Gals.
I was doing different techniques for a while and recently just got stuck on detailed doodling. Every once in a while an idea comes out for a sculpture and I write those down. Like one day I was out in the field and saw this old metal windmill tower (you know like you see on a ranch or farm) for drawing water. Just the tower, the fins and tail were removed. Well, I stopped doodling between my assignments and started drawing plans for a giant moving sculpture, then I started drawing plans on a huge lighting rod.
I just draw what I feel like and what "pops" in my head.

Thank you Pedata. This book will be a mixture of those doodles above, comics fake adverts and such.

wow, those are awesome. I wish I had a bit more creativity. Where do you get your inspiration, if you don''t mind me asking?

Um....hmmm....Usually observations in life that i twist and make funny in my mind. That and just tried to use my imagination as much as I used to. And a few bowls.... of.. cereal. Yeah cereal (that'll work).

yeah, cereal is one of the few things I personally like to eat before I draw or paint. Sometimes I like to drop......bombs on third world countries. I don't know what it is about that that inspires me so much. But, if I know that I am going to drop a bomb that day, I'll get out my art supplies.
(sorry to anyone who lived in those third world countries!)

John, I see a whole epic adventure/romance. You need a beautiful princess that the hero can save from the RobotsWithGiantWeenies and other bad guys.
Hey, that guy with the ship on his head? Did you get that idea from the movie Time Bandits?

LOL Pedata,
Actually I was thinking of this old french drawing about a Pompadour in one of the many weird books I collect. I was probably thinking Conquistador. I try to cram a lot of info in. Many of the symbols are my thoughts at the time.
