oil pulling is the holy grail of natural cures. it's
cheap, all natural, and ridiculously easy. you take a tablespoon in the mouth but
don't swallow it. instead, you want to swish it
around, pulling and pushing it through your teeth. you do
this for twenty minutes a day.
sunflower and sesame oil work the best.
BENEFITS?
uhm, everything?
-whiter eyes
-whiter teeth
-fresh breath
-decreased appetite
-clearer skin
-more energy
-better tasting food
-even helped calm asthma
-less aches and pains
RISK?
Possible outbreaks
oil pulling is like a mild detox, which explains why food begins

etc. a few people report small bouts of acne while doing it but
remember, IT'S A DETOX. a few people also have some wonky,
vivid dreams, but that should go away the more you do it. but
a lot of people say it helps them sleep a lot better.
THE HOW TO
-in the morning, on an empty stomach, take a tablespoon of oil
-push, pull, and swish for twenty minutes (don't over do it, your
mouth will get tired before time is up; do something like read or
interwebbing to make time go faster)
-spit it out, DON'T SWALLOW, and then rinse your mouth out then
brush your teeth.
-BE SURE TO CLEAN YOUR SINK OUT AFTERWARDS. you just spat
out toxins. ew.
