Ooooh jeepers - I have a garzillion meatless recipe's that will definitely fill you up.
Try substituting meat in your favourite recipes with beans and pulses. Not only will they fill you up but they will provide you protein as well.

I am a vegetarian and I believe what I like most about it is the ability to eat more!
But seriously, I do eat tofu, legumes, meat substitutes (such as Lite Life brand) and veggie burgers to fill me up more. Humus is good on a wrap with veggies. Salad with oil/vinegar dressing and a little low fat cheese tends to fill me up. Fat digests slower than carbs so adding a little fat helps us feel full longer. With no meat and the fat we would get from it in the diet, it is important to add healthy fat.... olive oil and canola oil are my choices. I do really like the meat substitutes. Spaghetti with Lite Life ground meat sub is great. Salad with their chicken strips.Tofu scramble (Fantastic Brand) with their sausage sub is very awesome. Marinated tofu in a stir-fry is another very satisfying meal.
Nuts are good also, but they are fairly high in fat so I limit them. Snacking on fruit in between meal also helps me. I pretty much eat as much as I want as long as I stay away from junk... like chips, fast food, candy, high-fructose corn syrup of any kind, highly processed food and white bread/rice/pasta ( I only eat whole grain).
Watching Meet Your Meat (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIjanhKqVC4) on YouTube also does wonders.

Thanks I will check out those recipes
I will check out the Lite Life brand to see if it is any good

ewww... those tofu hot dogs are awful! Even the Light LIfe brand that I like so well. My dogs wouldn't even eat them! No kidding.
Tempeh is pretty awesome. I had some tempeh strips that were a bacon substitute that I really dug. I got them at the co-op in Madison. (Willie St Co-op. I sure love that place) Their deli really has a lot of vegetarian and vegan choices that has encouraged me to try different things.
