Savon do you have any tips? This is my first time selling.:D

Have some sort of speech ready in your head. Know the in's and out's of your product. Most important is to STAND UP! I cant tell you how many vendors i see sitting down while customers are looking at their wears. It makes you look like you dont care and dont want to be there. Invite walker by's to look at your product. Be friendly. Feel free to get chatty with some of them. it makes you more personal and not just the guy/gal selling stuff.

I'm back and we had an awesome time! We sold enough to break even and bartered a good deal beyond that. Neither Matt or I had ever bartered before so we were a little nervous but that turned out to be our favorite part. We got some honeycomb, home-made raspberry jam, brownies :D, candles and grapefruit. The only frustrating thing was that there were a couple of trades we set up that the people didn't come back with their goods so we had things on hold that we could have sold, but all in all a very good experience.:hippie:
